Hey again! I would definitely advise going shampoo free. I use baking soda/water instead of shampoo and i leave argan oil in my hair or do and apple cider vinegar rinse in the shower and omg my hair is fucking amazing. It’s grown so much and it’s almost doubled in thickness.
However my hair has thinned out a bit lately due to severe unintentional weight loss and deficiencies so I won’t post any pictures. ):
STAY HEALTHY ALL! :)
I can do fittings, I can help you if you send me an ask, I’ll reply privately unless you anon or send me a MSG prior asking me to post it publicly. Details at bottom.
I know I’ve been talking an awful lot about boobs lately on this blog (sorry if any of my followers are dudes haha) but I just can’t stress enough how important a properly fitting bra is.
Even if you have a smaller chest, like A - D cup, the importance of a properly fitting bra still stands. Unfortunately right now a lot of girls are probably offended that I just called their D cup boobs, small. I’m talking about actual D’s, a lot of women who wear D’s are actually at least an E or F. But due to the lack of D+ knowledge, a lot of you bigger boobied girls are stuck wearing a D instead of a G. Which is what I’m trying to say really. Even most B girls actually need a C or D but nowhere stocks smaller bands in a c or d so you wear a 36b instead of the 32d you really need.
Anyway, as I was saying. If you have a smaller chest and you wear the wrong size bra, you’re still going to give yourself premature sagging and potentially shoulder and back problems because the bra is such a retarded size. Nobody wants prematurely sagging breasts.
Smaller breasts will still sag rapidly if you don’t look after them. Realistically, the bigger your breasts, the more you really need to know your real size. Because the heavier they are, the faster they sag, and they will fuck your back and shoulders pretty quick if you’re wearing the wrong size. Your backband should be taking 80% of the weight, you shouldn’t have red ruts in your shoulders, because that means your shoulders are taking 80% of the weight, and that’s what pulls your back out of shape as it tries to protect your shoulder from damage.
A lot of women go for breast reductions, before they even know their true size, which is sad. Because you might not have to go through with the horror of surgery, you might just need the right size to save your shoulders and back from all that pain. Its a much easier solution that surgery that leaves you with permanent scars.
I know a lady who was confident she knew her bra size and that she was definitely a 34d. She’s a 28ff and fitters still will tell her she’s a 34d. She wishes she’d known earlier as her back is now permanently damaged from 30 years of ill fitting bras, and lying fitters who will make up your size to force you to buy from their store.
If you want an accurate fitting, or as close to it as I can do via the net, flick me a message. All I need is for you to measure tightly around your ribcage (like where your bra band goes) give me the measurement.(preferably in inches but I can use any unit.)
And I need your current bra size. I reply privately, so if you’re interested in a free fitting then flick me a message ASAP!
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Being a teenager, obviously my hormones are all over the show and this significantly effects my skin. Especially before my period. I have oily skin which produces a huge amount of oil within a few hours of washing my face. I also have large pores, which are accentuated by the speed at which my pores block up with oil. I find I can’t use moisturizers as they block my pores even more.
Now I haven’t found a way to slow down oil production. But I do have a good remedy for people who get bad acne or have oily skin. I get really nasty pimples on my neck where I can’t see them or under the jaw where they’re painful and almost impossible to squeeze.
So I recommend a bath at least once a fortnight. Once a week is ideal but some people can’t really have frequent baths. Now this bath doesn’t need to be overly deep Just enough so you can lie back and relax, but get your back in the hot water. This will help open the pores. I recommend a few drops of tea tree oil in your bath as it will cleanse out the open pores and it’s a natural product so it’s safe on almost all skin types. Sensitive skin can’t handle neat tea tree oil (neat means pure, undiluted) but in the bath it’s enough to kill the bacteria in the pores and help dry out the skin. You can pretty easily have half your body in the water and half out if you’re tight on hot water and just roll over to soak your front in the water. Otherwise take a flannel and soak it and just plonk it down on your shoulders/back/chest/neck/face and let the heat open up the pores while the tea tree oil does it’s thing. I personally prefer to submerge my face in the water and let it seep in.
Exfoliating before your bath is a great idea as it scrapes all the dead skin off the surface and lets the oil get right into the pores.
Along with this I recommend putting a few drops of tea tree oil into the basin of water you use to wash your face. Only use tea tree oil 2-3 times a week or you will overdry your skin which will make your oil production go crazy. After you get into a routine of doing this and you’ve been at it for a month or so, the gunk in your pores will start to come out a lot easier than previously and you should find your pimples start to lessen.
Its worked for me so I’d recommend it.
Instead I’m using Baking Soda x Water to help scrape all the dead skin off my scalp, otherwise it itches like crazy and is very unpleasant. And I use Almond oil at the moment to keep it all moistured. Only problem is the oil is a real bitch to get out. But that’s mostly because I have little water pressure as I live rural and the filters desperately need to be changed. CARRYING ON. I’ve also used an egg with a teeeny blob of olive oil as like., a hair mask kinda thing. It worked pretty well.
I also do an apple cider vinegar rinse once a week and that stuff is fantastic. I use 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar per cup of water I use.
For those who don’t know what an ACV rinse is, it’s when you have a cup, bottle, jar whatever filled with your mix of apple cider vinegar and water and you just pour it over your hair in the shower, sorta run it through your hair everywhere, if you have scalp itching rub it into the scalp, leave it in for like. 1-5 minutes and then rinse it all out.
Your hair might smell a bit just after the shower, but when your hair dries the smell goes okay.
It’s going pretty well for me so far and I can’t wait to see if it effects my hair growth rate/thickness.

A topic generally avoided by women. Also known as a yeast infection. A common infection, yet many younger women don’t seek help because they think the doctor will think they’re a slut or something.
I’m going to tell you what thrush is, then go over causes, then symptoms, then treatments. (you can cure it without a doctor, no matter what others tell you.)
Thrush: It’s just an overgrowth of bad bacteria in the vagina. Anything can upset the balance of bacteria,
::Here’s an edit for someone who’s “too cool” An overgrowth of FUNGUS. Which most people would just call bacteria. Because when they think sick they think bacteria. Hence the term used. This blog is here for people to understand.::
it doesn’t make you “disgusting”. It means your vagina just has a bacteria inbalance. It’s a normal thing. Don’t be embarrassed. ahahahah. Yeah it’s a gross one, but it’s normal. :D The human body is pretty gross. :3
Thrush us generally not actually caused by sexual interaction.
It’s more commonly caused by
- emotional or physical stress
- taking antibiotics for anything else. (it kills all the vaginal bacteria, even the good ones, so sometimes the bad ones grow back faster, causing thrush)
- Using anything scented on your vagina. Whether you use scented soap, or you use perfumed douches.(get a natural soap for your vaginal area)
- or quite simply, bacteria from anywhere else can cause it.
But there are other causes too, so if you suspect you have it, don’t be afraid to go to a doctor. They deal with these things all the time. If you’ve had a yeast infection before you’ll probably know all this, and all the symptoms and treatments.
Symptoms
Not everyone will get all the same symptoms or will get all the symptoms listed. Some will get symptoms not listed here, but the main ones should identify it as being a yeast infection.
- Itching/burning vulva, itching/burning can be internal too.
- Pain and sometimes a scabbing/skin drying effect externally.
- Pain during sexual intercourse. And sometimes pain while urinating.
- Thick, white discharge, it’s normally an off-white. Like a cream-white. It can be thick and smooth or thick and lumpy. But it normally won’t smell any different to normal vaginal discharge, or it will be odourless. (yep, unpleasant, I know.)
- A note on the discharge. If it’s as described here, and you have itching/burning and the discharge is thin and watery and off-white or whitish-grey.. And it DOES smell. Then you probably have Bacterial Vaginosis. Which requires different treatment.
This infection can be transmitted sexually to a male partner, Men normally get an irritating rash if it’s transmitted to them. The rash will burn and itch, and in rare cases, the man gets discharge from his penis.
Now, the fun part…. :S
Treatment
There are many treatments. First things first. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN OR ON YOUR VAGINA DURING YOUR PERIOD. Your period might actually clear up the infection. ANYWAY.
you can :
Go to a doctor.
- Who will either prescribe you antibiotics. (stupid idea, generally leads to reccurance. cause the bad bacteria come back faster.) Unless taken with a probiotic, which promotes growth of good bacteria. You can buy probiotic capsules which normally require refrigeration.
- Or will prescrible you a cream or vaginal suppository. Anti-fungal.
At Home.
- You can get some probiotics, and it will slowly go away. Make sure your probiotic has L. Acidophillus in it. Short for Lactobacillus Acidophilus. This is the main one that helps.
- You can also insert a tampon soaked with NATURAL. PLAIN. UNSWEETENED yogurt, into your vagina. It won’t do you any harm! It just encourages growth of good bacteria or something like that. This will help speed up the process.
- Start using a tea-tree soap on your vaginal area, a strong disinfectant, but natural.
- To soothe symptoms you can apply tea tree oil with a cottonbud EXTERNALLY. Do not put any in your vagina.. you sick freak ;D
- Eat more yogurt with Acidophillus in it! And avoid sugar. Sugar feeds that bad bacteria, keep up with your veges though, replace fruit with vege’s. Vitamin c is a wonderful thing.
So yeah, fuck the doctors. You can cure it at home! So no need for that awkward doctors appointment if you’re really shy. If you’re embarrassed or scared, you can try these at home remedies. The good thing about home remedies, is that if you DON’T have thrush, and you have bacterial vaginoisis, then the home treatments won’t do you any harm! But they won’t make it any better either.
Where doctors treatments can cause bacteria that are immune to certain medications, and so if you do get thrush… it will be incredibly difficult to rid yourself of.
Sometimes thrush and bacterial vaginosis can clear up on their own. Normally having your period can sort things out down there. But otherwise, treatments are here. :3
Men just need an antifungal cream, you can buy it over the counter at most pharmacies! No need for prescriptions. :3
WOOHOO FOR VAGINA HEALTH STUFF ON TUMBLR.
Just answering that question on protein shakes made me think. I haven’t posted in ages, and I probably should. Fat cells. From what I know, they shrink when you lose excess fat. They don’t disappear. How could they? When you think about it logically it doesn’t really seem possible. The reason you are slim but you still feel fat is most likely because you are not toned.
So imagine fat cells as a teabag. Teabags are small and flat with little dried herbs or whatever in them yes? When you put water in it. It swells greatly. Imagine a teabag, that just kept getting bigger as you put water in it. That is a fat cell. But obviously we replace water with fat/sugar/excess unhealthy food your body doesn’t need. So the more crap you load your body with that it won’t or can’t use. The bigger the cells get. Now then, cardiovascular activity, will make them shrink. But the skin will still sag and look soft and mushy. Unless your cardio is getting those muscles working. Because then the muscles will grow and tone and keep the skin firm.
The reason I used a teabag as a comparison is because I couldn’t think of anything else that everyone would know of… just btw.
Anyway, carrying on. BUT if you just go and build muscle and you actually do have a significant amount of fat on your body, then the muscle will only push the fat out. You need a combination of cardio and muscular training if you have serious excess fat. Most people who want to lose weight are already small and actually just need to tone. Like myself. But I am much too lazy to exercise. If you are unsure whether you should be doing more cardio or more targeted muscle exercises, then message me. A picture of you would be great if you don’t know me personally. Then I could most likely tell you straight up.
So cheers for reading guys and I hope this helps at least someone. :D
“This was initially made as a mail message for a friend of mine so sorry if some of it sounds odd, I decided to blog it instead ‘cause it was too long to be sent. The italic stuff are my personal input, you don’t have to read them.”
I’m a health freak, so I have some tips on ridding yourself of eczema. If you don’t want them that’s fine too though.
Here goes:
Okay, you can buy a huge range of products, but not many work, not permanently anyway.
I don’t know what your diet is, or how much water you drink a day, but the first step to ridding yourself of eczema can be a diet change and upping that water intake.
“I myself am notorious for not drinking enough and causing myself health issues.”
Anyway: Hydration is CRUCIAL for everything and anything your body does. So remember that, also if you’re diet isn’t balanced, deficiencies can cause eczema. Or if you have an undiagnosed intolerance :
“which is what I had. I used to be really prone to skin lesions like boils, and no matter what I ate, they wouldn’t go away. At one point I had 167ish boils on my body (not counting the ones i couldn’t see on my back and whatnot) and nothing I did got rid of them. I missed out on a month or more of school from boils. They kept recurring. Doctors gave me cream after cream, antibiotic after antibiotic, and vitamins, vitamins and more vitamins to prevent them. But they stuck around for a while.”
So a deficiency is possible. But probably not due to an intolerance. An intolerance causes deficiencies by blocking the small intestine from absorbing nutrients by coating it in some disgusting shit which blocks absorption.
SO. In order, best steps to take.
1.) Go out and buy a natural soap, chemicals can irritate the skin terribly, allergies cause a lot of eczema. If your eczema is around your face and on your forehead change your shampoo and conditioner, you may be allergic to something in the ones you’re using. There are natural soaps designed for treating eczema, go try them, they don’t smell good, but they don’t have to. You can buy Tea Tree Oil soap, it is amazing.
My advice on lotions: only get natural ones, my little brother had huge scabs all across his back from eczema, it was horrible, it’s scarred to the max and mum tried so many products, only the natural ones worked.
2.) Increase how much water you drink a day, they day 8 glasses a day, I’d say a 750ml bottle a day is enough in winter, and 2 bottles in summer. At a bare MINIMUM. If you have serious skin issues I’d up to 2 bottles in winter and 4 in summer.
3.) Change and balance your diet, if you have any restrictions (eg: vegetarian/vegan/intolerances/allergies) find foods to make up for the lost nutrients OR start taking vitamins, just a mens/womans multivitamin should be sufficient.
4.) If you notice no improvement after a month, go to a doctor and get them to check you for an intolerance (generally done by a blood test). Either that or google symptoms, or flick me a message and I’ll get them for you. And diagnose yourself. My mum was told she wasn’t gluten intolerant, but she went gluten free and all her shitty symptoms have disappeared, so sometimes its worth trying it out.
5.) If intolerant to something, change your diet (obviously). If not intolerant to anything, then you’re fucked. loljk, keep using the soap and lotions. They can take a while to kick in, because they’re not drugs, they’re natural. And good things take time.
Snacking can actually help you LOSE weight if you DROP the meals. Stop eating meals, eat small things but increase the frequency. Like. Instead of 3 meals a day. change it to 9 smaller sized portions.
Best things for snacking, are things like dried fruit, nuts, and plain popcorn. All of these are easy to store, get a plastic container or a snaplock bag and take them with you. AND the advantage is that dried fruit and nuts are full of valuable fibre, which keeps you full, for longer. Popcorn’s a good temporary space filler, but I’ve found a scroggin mix to be great. For those who don’t know what scroggin is, it’s a prebought mix of nuts and dried fruit.(also known as trail mix) It’s great for keeping your bowels moving and healthy and for keeping you full, for longer, with less calories, fat, sugar, and salt!
Most scroggin or Trail mix is unsalted, unroasted nuts, so they’re not fattening. So much better for you than fruit which can contain a lot of sugar. But fruit also has it’s huge advantages. Mainly being a huge source of vitamin c. You need fruit and vege’s to keep that immune system up. And as long as you eat your fruit in the right amounts the sugars will actually help you lose weight too.
Food boosts your metabolism. So yeah. YOU HAVE TO EAT OR YOU WILL NOT LOSE WEIGHT. And don’t forget to keep the water intake up. Your body is a huge percentage water, so without it. You’ll gain weight because your body will be holding on to heaps of water which can make you bloated. So yes, hydration is essential, as is feeding your body. If you don’t feed your body, it will think you’re lost out in the wilderness with no food sources so it will cling onto that fat like there is no tomorrow. It thinks you’re gonna need it for a long time for survival, so you need to feed it so it knows it can safely drop the fat without fear of dying. :D
Goodluck sugar plums. I will write one about gaining weight for the overly teeny one day.
