Nature's Way
Anxiety and Insomnia.

For anyone who suffers from either of these, or high stress levels. I would recommend having a look at this website. http://www.aroma.com.au/  And I’d recommend trying some of their oils. My mums used them for years and years, and I’ve started using them a little bit recently. If you prefer to be safe than sorry, then try these before you try sleeping medications which will fuck up your body and you will become dependant on them.

Natural essential oils can’t hurt you, unless you’re pregnant, if you’re pregnant I’d check before you use them. But ‘Be Relieved’ and ‘Be Calm’ work well as a combination. These are also INCREDIBLY good for your skin. If you have scarring or discolouration, dry or oily skin, these can even it out over a period of time.

If you’re interested, you’re going to want the massage/facial blend, like this.
http://www.aroma.com.au/product.php?productNum=53 They don’t come cheap, but if you want the best for your skin then it’s worth a try.

They also make one called, Be aware.. I think it’s be aware…. And if you’re having trouble concentrating it can help awaken the mind.

Be relieved can also help ease headaches, sinus problems and hayfever symptoms.

Don’t expect a miracle, they help, a lot. But they’re not a cure, they’re a remedy for the symptoms so you can sleep or relax and give your mind a rest. Nothing can “cure” insomnia, anxiety, or high stress levels, but they do work well if you can’t sleep or think properly. You’ll never recover without sleep.

Skin lightening

I’m sure most of you know that lemon juice has skin whitening properties. Some people use it to get rid of freckles, some to just lighten skin.

But so does tumeric. (you get it powdered in the herb secton). You can actually mix lemon juice and tumeric powder into a paste and apply it to your skin. I’m unsure of how it would work on sensitive skin. But I doubt you could use both  on sensitive skin.
Anyway: you wanna mix the powder and juice  to make a PASTE. not a liquid. A paste. And apply that to whatever skin you want to whiten for 15-30 minutes before cleaning off. The only problem is, that tumeric can leave yellow stains. So you probably don’t wanna be going out if you can’t wash it out. But in staining your skin, it means the tumeric is deeper in your skin, which in a way is good, because it means it keeps whitening until the tumeric has been absorbed. It smells quite strong though. So I’d probably advise lemon juice applied with a cotton bud if you don’t like tumeric.

Both of these solutions will dry your skin out, so make sure to get a moisturiser. One with vitamin E will help your skin lighten even more. You MUST put a strong sunscreen on after using any of these techniques if you go outside. Even if its cloudy. They can make your skin photosensitive and give you more uneven skin than you started with.

If your skin is sensitive and lemon juice burns horribly, you can use orange or mandarin juice even. But obviously these will lighten skin a lot more slowly. Because they’re less acidic.

So, to finish up. Use it every day or at least twice a week and see how it works for you. When I get a job I plan on testing this myself, but currently I have no money and can’t buy lemons or tumeric… :P
